Following the decision to standardise on BC on all projects, Nuttall's first objective was to formalise the use of the system via a number of pre-configured templates so that new projects can benefit from BC's web-enabled collaboration features immediately whilst still adhering to Nuttall's corporate standards and best practice procedures.

BC's non-prescriptive approach to storing documents means that it is able to meet the individual needs of each project, which include land remediation projects at the Olympic Park and along the Thames Gateway at Rochester Riverside.
