Westfield choose BC for Bradford regeneration project

Following on from the successful implementation on the £4bn Westfield Stratford City project, Westfield Shoppingtowns Limited has chosen the Business Collaborator extranet on another of their major UK developments. Westfield Bradford is a £300 million retail led mixed-use regeneration project in the heart of Bradford.

The project, adjacent to the city’s prime retail pitch, will provide a large shopping centre anchored by a Debenhams store, additional office space, approximately 200 apartments and nearly 2000 car parking spaces.

BC was selected ahead of rival systems for its ability to reflect their preferred drawing issuing and review process.

Westfield is the world’s largest listed retail property group with a portfolio of 120 shopping centres located in the U.K., Australia, United States and New Zealand. BC was previously used for the design stage of another prestigious Westfield retail development, the £1.5 billion Westfield London project (formally WhiteCity).
